1.Program Name

All In One Building Jarvis alerts. “Jarvis” is the name of our company’s internal assistant, the software that sends these messages.

2.What the Messages Are

The Program sends operational alerts from our internal assistant to the owner of All In One Building LLC. Messages include:

• Approval requests for pending business tasks, so the owner can approve or decline them from his phone.
• Office line notices: new calls and new voicemails on the company’s office line.
• Job status updates on the company’s own projects.

The owner can reply DO IT to approve a pending task, SKIP to decline it, or reply in plain words with instructions.

3.How to Opt In

The company owner opts in by texting START to 570-929-4321 from his own phone.

Messages go only to phone numbers on an internal allowlist that the company controls. The public cannot sign up for the Program, and no number outside that allowlist receives messages from it.

4.Message Frequency

Message frequency varies with business activity, up to 20 messages per day.

5.Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for Program messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan.

6.How to Opt Out

Text STOP to 570-929-4321 at any time to cancel. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further Program messages will be sent to that number unless you text START again.

8.Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9.Privacy

How we handle phone numbers, messages, and opt in records is described in our Privacy Policy, including its text messaging section. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
